Booking requests

Submitting the form on this website is a request for a private dining experience, not a confirmed reservation. All engagements are confirmed in writing after a personal consultation with Chef Niran.

Menus and dietary requirements

Menus are curated around seasonal ingredients and each guest's preferences. Please disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions in advance; we cannot be responsible for undeclared conditions.

Deposits and cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure your date. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at the time of confirmation and vary based on scale, timing, and sourcing commitments.

Liability

Services are provided with the highest standard of care. Liability is limited to the value of the engagement, except where prohibited by law.
